Rodney E. Daniels is a Missouri attorney practicing law with over 27 years experience in Southwest Missouri, including nearly 7 years in Springfield, Missouri at a larger Springfield law firm and as the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Springfield, before returning home to private practice in his native Taney County, in Branson, Missouri, in 1993.
From 1993 through 1998, Rodney maintained a private law practice located in Branson, Missouri, where he represented and assisted both individuals and entities alike, including the Hollister School District, Western Taney County Fire Protection District, Central Taney County Fire Protection District, Taney County Planning and Zoning Attorney, Taney County Board of Adjustment Attorney, and various private business interests, and not-for-profit groups.
Rodney, following his election in 1998, had the honor to serve the people of Taney County as their elected Prosecuting Attorney for 2 terms, serving from January 1999 through December 2006, where he obtained enormous and valuable experience handling many complicated legal matters on behalf of the State of Missouri and the County of Taney including over 30 homocide cases.
Rodney left government service and went back into the private practice of law on January 1, 2007, allowing him the opportunity to once again help and assist individuals and their loved ones in need of legal advice and representration in all of Southwest Missouri.
